1. Get Started
Hold a kick off meeting, share your goals and get your group excited! Pick your start and end date. We suggest 2-3 weeks including 2 weekends.
Sellers collect the money up front and all payments are made to your group.
When your fundraiser is complete you tally all the order forms, count the money and keep your much needed profits to use right away. Then simply place one large order with us and we will handle it from there.

Your group receives low fundraiser pricing plus free shipping. You pay $6 less than the prices you sell for in the catalog. You keep your profits and send us the difference with your order, by fax, mail or e-mail.
After we receive your order, it will ship within 1-2 weeks. It could be sooner, orders are placed in the order they are received. Tracking and shipping information will be e-mailed to you.
4. Distribute your Order
When your shipment arrives have some volunteers available to help sort the
products by seller. Each seller then delivers their own orders.
Sellers will have already collected the money up front when they took their orders. So all they have to do is deliver them and you are not left with any unpaid orders.
